Residence of Duke of Wellington the Waterloo Gallery fashions mirrors in front of its windows (as per Hall of Mirrors in Versailles) with concealed mechanism to help slide the mirrors in order to reveal the daylight. The ceiling had glass skylights for venting the smoke from the cigars.
