The Oxford University sponsors Public Art as part of the re-development of Radcliffe Quarter and below is Antoni Malinwski’s work which probably would be best viewed in a daylight (rather then at the opening evening when these pictures were taken) so to capture the reflective and refractive nature of the colours and mica used.
